La Nueva Bruja
I'm sad to say that according to my experience, every hotel seems to have its own bruja.
A bruja is a person who wishes to show superiority by diminishing everyone else. La bruja is pure evil. La bruja is mean and shows no sign of wanting to assist in giving everyone else a pleasant day. Irony and sarcasm are both synonyms with la bruja. She cannot say anything without mixing it either with irony or sarcasm. UNLESS, she is just acting nice in order to make you believe she is your friend.
Don't be fooled by la bruja.
